The cost is $195 per student. Price includes: the study guide, the answer sheet, the exam, coffee breaks, and the facilitator/Proctor. Upon completion of the training, each student will be given the exam by the Proctor. Exam results will be posted 7-10 business days after completion. Seating is limited!
Training consists of: Job Task Analysis, Controlling the flow of food from, ordering/receiving products from vendors, all the way to the final product, Allergens and pathogens, Preventing food born illnesses, Mitigating operational risk and hazards, Staff personal hygiene standards, Management of ill personnel (restriction and exclusion), Advanced sanitation techniques for equipment, surfaces and utensils, Identifying, managing and reporting suspected food born illnesses, Proper internal cooking temperatures for TCS (Temperature control for safety), Hot and cold holding monitoring procedures, Safe handling of TCS and Non-TCS foods, Cross-contamination prevention (physical, biological and chemical hazards), and Procedures for handling recalls.
