Spread softened butter on one side of each piece of bread and place the bread, butter side down, on the baking sheet. Then, layer the cheese on the bread, as well as any other toppings. Finish building the sandwiches by putting on the top piece of buttered bread, and stick the tray in the combi oven for 2-5 minutes.
